A useful way to train

One focus.
Room to learn.

  1. Prepare with care.

Confirm equipment compatibility, an appropriate practice area and the safety routine taught by your instructor.

  2. Practise deliberately.

Rehearse a familiar, coach-approved process. Keep the session manageable and take breaks before concentration or comfort slips.

  3. Reflect honestly.

Record what you practised and how the process felt. Treat repetition totals as a record of activity, not proof of improved accuracy.

Before you begin

Safety is part
of the routine.

Dry-fire practice is not suitable for every firearm or airgun. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your exact model, get qualified instruction and use only a suitable, controlled practice area. An app cannot check these conditions for you.
